Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Hidden Days — the app for making countdown calendars to share with the people you care about.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Hidden Days, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Hidden Days. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your content
Calendars, doors, photos, videos, captions, and replies you create remain yours. By using the app you grant Hidden Days a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service — for example, hosting your photos so recipients can open them, or sending a calendar to the person you shared the link with.
5. Acceptable use
Please use Hidden Days to send and enjoy thoughtful content. Do not use it to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
- Share content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes someone's rights.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with them.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to break the security of the service.
- Resell or commercialize the service without our written permission.
6. Recipients and shared links
When you publish a calendar, the share link is viewable by anyone who has it (subject to any password you set). Treat your share link the way you would a private invitation.
7. Subscriptions and one-time purchases
Pro subscriptions auto-renew through the App Store or Play Store at the price and interval shown at checkout, until you turn off auto-renew. The one-time unlock applies to a single calendar and does not renew. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Free trials and refunds
If we offer a free trial, you can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged. Refunds for completed purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put other users at risk. If we terminate your account, calendars you authored may be removed and recipient links may stop working.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hidden Days and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
